This policy explains what Auto Remarketing Partners (“ARP”, “we”, “us”) does with the information you send through the cash offer form on this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into the cash offer form:

• your name and email address (required);
• your phone number, if you choose to give one;
• your vehicle’s VIN and mileage, if you give them;
• the condition notes you write about the vehicle.

The form has one hidden field that real visitors never see. It exists only to catch automated spam.

How we use it

We use your details to look at your vehicle, send you a written offer, and answer your questions. We may contact you by email, or by phone if you gave a number, about your request.

Who sees it

Your form is sent to us as an email, so it passes through our email provider on the way to our inbox. Our website host processes the request and may keep ordinary technical logs, such as your IP address and the time of the request. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it with someone else only if the law requires it, or with a service we use to carry out your sale (for example, a transport or title service), and then only what that service needs.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. Its fonts are served from our own site, not from a third party.

How long we keep it

We keep your request in our email for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep normal business records for vehicle purchases. You can ask us to delete it sooner by emailing us, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing kaleb@autorempartners.com.

Children

This website is for adults selling vehicles. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
